To facilitate your stay in Udaipur during the Udaipur Solar Physics Meeting (USPM 2026), the Organizing Committee has negotiated special room rates with Amantra Comfort Hotel for invited delegates.

The rates below are inclusive of breakfast and exclusive of 5% GST:

How to Book
Delegates wishing to stay at Amantra Comfort Hotel should make their reservation directly with the hotel.

When making your reservation, please follow these instructions:
- Mention the meeting code USPM2026 in your booking request to avail of the negotiated rates.
- Please mark a copy (CC) to Shri Abhishek, Sr. AO, USO–PRL: abhishekk@prl.res.in
- The hotel accommodation charges, including applicable GST, are to be paid directly by the participant to the hotel, as per the hotel's payment terms.
- We recommend making your reservation at the earliest and preferably before 5 October 2026, as the negotiated rates are subject to room availability.
Local Transportation
For the convenience of delegates staying at Amantra Comfort Hotel, the Organizing Committee will arrange local transportation between the hotel and Udaipur Solar Observatory (USO), PRL, during the meeting.
